Customer Service Manager (Full-time) // Sales Dept. // Prague
Main tasks: Assistant to Head of Sales. Answer client enquiries by email and phone. Process sales using IT system. Assist in showroom and merchandise stock. Assist in managing promotional activities. Optional tasks depending on availability: Foreign sales trips to Western Europe. Answer foreign sales enquiries in English and other according to language abilities.
Requirements: Experience in sales. Czech and English speaker. Driving licence. Computer proficiency in email, web, etc.
General manager (Full-time) // Operations Dept. // Prague and Prostejov
Main tasks: Assistant to CEO. Manage resolution of business development tasks to realise strategy of transition of operations from 'startup' phase to 'scale up'. Co-ordination of departments communications. Identification of business efficiences.
Requirements: Experience of operations role, ideally in manufacturing environment. Czech and English speaker. Driving licence. Computer proficiency in email, web, etc.
